What an effective communication tool!! I think it is so neat to have my own blog. This is something that I have never created, and it is so easy!!
Educational leaders can use this communication tool in many positive ways: It is easily accessible, time efficient, provides for the sharing of information, feedback, updates, discussions; it's a way to provide suggestions and ideas, and an opportunity for questioning, reflection and response, open communication for a community of bloggers, and allows for experience in networking, just to name a few.
